Main Tasks & Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries for remote technical support on bridge equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues using remote diagnostic tools.
Guide vessel crew through troubleshooting procedures and resolutions.
Document support cases, solutions, and customer interactions.
Coordinate with on-site engineers and service teams for escalated issues.
Ensure compliance with maritime regulations and industry standards.
Provide technical guidance on equipment upgrades and maintenance.
Work closely with manufacturers and suppliers for advanced support.
Monitor system performance and recommend preventive measures
Prepare reports on technical support activities and improvements.

Providing timely and effective remote technical support
Ensuring vessel bridge equipment remains operational
Assisting in technical documentation and reporting
Required Qualifications
Diploma Marine Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
Experience in remote technical support, preferably in the maritime industry.
Knowledge of vessel bridge equipment and communication systems.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills to guide non-technical personnel through solutions.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple support cases.
Familiarity with maritime regulations and industry standards.
Fluent in verbal and written English.
