The EAV (Echo Average) function determination technology has been taken to the extreme by integrating wide-range dynamic image correlation techniques. Despite being a digital radar, all echoes, from the weakest to the strongest, are displayed with richer shades.
The addition of signal transformation technology, offering a wider dynamic range, provides a more stable image of a net and its floating line while suppressing noise and other unwanted echoes.

Well-designed Controllers For Stress-Free Operation
Comfortable usability is essential during long voyages. With this in mind, these control units are ergonomically designed to fit naturally in the operator’s hand. All functions can be managed using the trackball, and an optional trackball control unit is also available.
Refined antenna with high signal accuracy and excellent reliability
High image quality is ensured by a signal processor within the antenna unit that converts analog signals to digital directly before transmission to the main processor unit.
The newly designed antenna shape minimizes aerodynamic drag, reducing strain on the gearbox. The gearbox itself has also been redesigned. With reduced drag and the use of a DC brushless motor, the result is a highly durable gearbox capable of extended operation.
The solid-state Radar model NXT, available in S-band only, is engineered for exceptional target detection and ease of maintenance.
Furuno's solid-state radar technology delivers crisp, high-resolution echo images, enabling users to clearly identify their surroundings, even detecting weak echoes from small vessels. Additionally, the fanless solid-state antenna significantly lowers maintenance costs by eliminating the need for a magnetron and CPU fan.
Despite its low output power, the solid-state radar maintains performance comparable to that of conventional magnetron radars.
