To understand our operational processes and be able to guide stakeholders through the inquiry/order management procedure always aiming for immaculate customer experience and sustainability.
To master the coordination procedure amongst stakeholders always aligned with Furuno Hellas S.A Values/Vision/Culture while building long term stakeholder relationships.
To manage resolution of client’s specific service requests and lead the execution of small international projects within a designated market aligned with corporate strategy.
To contribute, aiming to optimize the operational processes in collaboration with the team.
YOUR BACKGROUND
Tech savvy, (ideally (but not a necessity)) technical academic background.
Ability to work in a demanding, entrepreneurial, fast changing environment with a lot of responsibility through different time zones.
Diligent, organized, and reliable working method as well as high attention to detail.
Hands-on mentality with a proactive approach to the field of work.
Natural desire to constantly re-think, question and optimize processes.
Comfortable working with Email, Microsoft Office, (ideally (but not a necessity)) experienced with CRM/ERP tools.
3-4 years experience in similar position
Advanced business/formal English, other languages are a plus.
