What is RezBoost™?
RezBoost™ is a revolutionary signal processing technology that improves resolution and target separation, offering improved clarity and accuracy in detection.
RezBoost™ is an advanced technology used in some Furuno radars and fish finders that significantly enhances target resolution.
It identifies and separates close targets through Furuno's unique beam-sharpening signal processing, resulting in fish targets and images that are up to eight times sharper.
RezBoost™ in marine radars
When implemented in Furuno radars, it sharpens the apparent beam width, even with the same radar sensor, resulting in a dramatic improvement in resolution. This enhancement allows for more precise detection and identification of targets, significantly increasing navigational safety.
RezBoost™ in fish finders
In Furuno fish finders, utilizing traditional narrowband transducers allows for the detection of individual game fish near bait balls and close to the seabed. With RezBoost, you can enjoy enhanced resolution and sharper visuals, along with improvements in the ACCU-FISH feature.
