The IDENTI-FISH™ echo display is a combined echogram of high and low-frequency echo, which enables to visualize a difference in the echo between swimbladder fish and swim-bladderless fish by the tone of a color.
When the color of the echo is red-brown on the IDENTI-FISH™ echo display, we can guess it would be a swim bladder fish.
When the color is light green, we can guess it would be a swim-bladderless fish.

The IDENTI-FISH™ echo function displays echoes with different colors depending on the fish species so that you can quickly identify the species and their distribution even when mixed together.

The IDENTI-FISH™ graph compares fish school histograms within the measurement range with model data and indicates similarity of fish species via numerical values and bar graphs. The default template data saved in the system is Atlantic mackerel and herring. You can add new fish species into your model data and create your own reference curves for any fish species. Two areas of the echogram can be measured and analyzed simultaneously.

The FSS-3BB measures the size and distribution of fish in the selected school and displays this information in a graph that can be understood at a glance. TruEcho CHIRP™ technology has improved the accuracy and reliability of fish size measurements and graphs.
It is possible to analyze up to 3 graphs simultaneously.
This feature allows you to compare and analyze fish size and schooling density, which are key data when targeting fish of a particular size.
User can choose 4 measurement methods:
1- Entire area : measures all detected fish
2- Specific range : measures detected fish within a selected depth
3- Backdrop : measures fish near the seabed
4- Specify area : measure fish within a selected area
